That's not really true.. If you pop-up, you still got killed by your opponent. It's just how fast you are. Also, it has to do with your ping, if you have bad ping, you allready have a disadvantage against your opponent. You guys have luck that I don't move to the left and right fast, that would make it more difficult.. so stop crying :D

Everyone has his own playstyle and if you don't like it, it's your problem. And, I don't even use that very much. Depends who's playing, etc...

Also, it has to do with your ping, if you have bad ping, you allready have a disadvantage against your opponent.
