Windows 8...yet again

So just a few min. ago my windows 8.1 bar that pop ups(the one where you silde your mouse to the right side of the screen) has stopped working. I have have tried looking but no help cause i dont know what the thing is called...

do you mean this?

If so then it is your "Charms Bar"

and make sure you have your mouse in the very top right hand corner, mine only works when your mouse is in the corner
