Honestly i wiped my pc like 5 months ago and never installed an antivirus software because im very smart....

AntiVirus? what is that?

Whenever i do a speed test on ookla or any speed test at all i get told i have a connection speed of 2mb/s i try downloading anything i get 300 kb/s its barely impossible to watch videos at 360pp and impossible in HD. Have tried different routers, devices and connections (wired and wireless to router) etc.
My Parents can't be arsed to continue bothering with my ISP and they say im getting 2mb/s. Any advice D:?

Is they some fire protection or something as they is a forest near my home i dont like and every time i set it on fire to burn down it starts raining and puts it out :(  :o

Im administrator on my pc no other users yet some files say nothing can edit them (random digitnumbersletters) file names how can something not be edited by admin or the system itself (windows 7) how is that possible why is that possible lmao.
