A quick and easy way to skip the intro videos when starting up Battlefield 1942.

The intro movies are rather appropriately stored in a folder called Movies inside the Battlefield 1942 directory.

When Battlefield 1942 starts it looks inside the Movies folder for Dice.bik, EA.bik, Intro.bik and Legal.bik. If these files cannot be found then they are not played.

So, you can either delete these files, rename them or move them. Personally, I created a folder called Skip inside the Movies folder and moved them into there.

If you really wanted to you could make your own intro movies. They would have to be named Dice, EA, Intro or Legal and they would have to be in bink format. You can compress graphics files to bink format with RADTools.

Making these changes will not stop you from joining Battlefield 1942 servers that have content check enabled.

Yes... Just right click the hack and click run as administrator, when you launch via xfire you run as admin automatically, your hack can't alter the game then unless it's run as admin, you can also right click the hack, go to properties and select always run as administrator or something to save right clicking each time

Pressing the esc key would only work for skipping Intro.bik, the other three would still play
