Whenever i do a speed test on ookla or any speed test at all i get told i have a connection speed of 2mb/s i try downloading anything i get 300 kb/s its barely impossible to watch videos at 360pp and impossible in HD. Have tried different routers, devices and connections (wired and wireless to router) etc.
My Parents can't be arsed to continue bothering with my ISP and they say im getting 2mb/s. Any advice D:?

Maybe other processes running on your pc or other devices running in your network are using up your bandwidth
